For Talent Managers & Agencies

The press kit platform built for the roster, not the solo creator.

MediaKit2010 gives talent managers one workspace to ship, update, and measure media kits across every creator they represent — without the Dropbox folder, the stale screenshots, or the Friday-afternoon rebuild.

Trusted by 240+ talent-management agencies · 41,300+ creator kits live on the platform

Roster-scale workflows

Four capabilities that turn kit management from a Friday-afternoon chore into a Monday-morning system.

  1. 01

Bulk roster edits across dozens of kits

Update a sponsor contact email, swap a footer link, or roll out a new bio template across an entire roster in a single edit. No more opening 40 tabs to ship one revision.

  2. 02

    Per-creator custom domains

Every kit ships on its own domain — kit.yourclient.com, press.theirname.com, or your agency's branded root with creator subpaths. Pro kits load 38% faster than the median competitor on Lighthouse.

  3. 03

    Agency-branded kit templates

Lock your house style — typography, color, logo lockup, legal footer — into one shared template. Every new creator inherits it on day one; nothing ships under your name that you didn't approve.

  4. 04

    Open-tracking on every sponsor pitch

Every contact-form submission comes with open and click notifications, so your talent knows within hours whether a brand actually opened the deck — not three weeks later when the follow-up goes out.

Why not a link-in-bio tool

Built for the operator who manages 12 creators, not the creator who manages one page.

Linktree, Beacons, and Stan Store were built for the solo creator's afternoon. They handle one page, one audience, one brand voice. The moment a talent manager needs to roll out a sponsor pitch across a roster — or measure which of 30 kits is actually converting — those tools stop scaling.

MediaKit2010 was rebuilt in 2018 by people who ran a creator roster themselves. The workspace model — agency at the top, creators underneath, shared templates and seat-level permissions in between — is the structure agencies actually buy.

  • Roster hierarchy — one workspace, one billing relationship, every kit inheriting house style.
  • Seat-based permissions — junior managers edit bios, only leads publish sponsor pages.
  • Cross-kit analytics — which creator's deck got opened, which one bounced, which one needs a rewrite.
  • Exportable PDF — every kit ships with a one-click PDF download for the sponsor who still wants an attachment.

Procurement & IT

The questions an agency COO will ask before signing off on a new tool.

Can we get our SOC 2 documentation before we evaluate?
Yes. MediaKit2010 has held SOC 2 Type II certification since 2022, and the full report is available under NDA through our trust portal. We are also GDPR and CCPA compliant with a no-ads, no-resale data policy on every account tier — including the free one.
Is SSO included, or is it a separate enterprise contract?
SSO (SAML and Google Workspace) is included on every agency workspace from the first seat. There is no separate enterprise SKU — agencies get the same security stack whether they manage 3 creators or 300.
How does seat billing work as the roster grows?
Seats are billed monthly or annually, prorated to the day. Add a manager mid-cycle and you pay only for the remaining days; remove one and the credit lands on the next invoice. No annual seat commit, no true-up at renewal.
What happens to our creators' kits if we cancel?
Every kit exports as a static HTML bundle and a downloadable PDF on the day you cancel — your roster owns its content. Creators can also be migrated to individual Pro accounts in one click, keeping their custom domain and analytics history intact.
