The four Pro unlocks

What changes the moment you upgrade.

A walk through the four things Pro adds — phrased the way a creator who actually pitches sponsors would describe them.

  1. 01

A custom domain that looks like a press page, not a profile.

Pro kits publish on a domain you own — press.yourname.com, partners.yourname.com, whatever fits your brand. No MediaKit2010 wordmark, no third-party subdomain in the URL bar. Median load is 38% faster than the competitor benchmark, which means sponsors actually wait for it to render.

Included in Pro and Agency. Domain registration or transfer handled in-app.

  2. 02

Open and click analytics on every sponsor visit.

See which sponsor opened the kit, which sections they scrolled through, and whether they clicked the contact form. Pro adds an open pixel and per-section heatmap so you can follow up knowing what they actually read — not just that the email landed.

GDPR and CCPA compliant. No third-party trackers, no ad pixels.

  3. 03

A downloadable PDF export without our watermark.

Pro generates a print-ready PDF of the kit for the sponsor meetings that still happen offline. No MediaKit2010 footer, no truncation, no broken layouts — the same content your live kit shows, packaged for the attachment.

Generated on demand. Cached for 24 hours, regeneratable any time.

  4. 04

Open-tracking on the kit contact form.

Pro adds a read receipt to every submission — you see when a sponsor opened your message, not just when they sent it. The single biggest factor in our 3.2-day median response time is that Pro creators actually know when to follow up.

No third-party tracking. Receipts visible only inside your MediaKit2010 dashboard.

Pricing, answered

The questions creators actually ask before upgrading.

When should I upgrade to Pro?
Whenever your kit is in active rotation with sponsors. The most common trigger is the second pitch — the first one taught you what was missing, the second one is when a custom domain and analytics start paying for themselves. There is no pressure to upgrade before that.
Can I cancel or refund?
Yes, on both counts. Annual Pro is refundable prorated within the first 30 days, and monthly Pro can be cancelled any time with no fee. Your kit stays live on the Free tier the moment the subscription ends — nothing gets unpublished, nothing gets deleted.
Do I own my custom domain?
Always. Pro kits use DNS you control. If you cancel, the domain stays registered to you and points wherever you want — back to MediaKit2010 Free, to your own site, or to a holding page. We never hold a domain hostage to a subscription.
What happens to my kit if I downgrade from Pro?
It stays live on the Free tier at your MediaKit2010 subdomain. The custom domain is released, analytics history is archived (exportable as CSV for 90 days), and PDF exports revert to the watermark-free Free version. You can re-upgrade and pick up where you left off, including the analytics archive.
How is Agency billed?
Per seat, monthly or annually. Annual Agency is $768 per seat; monthly is $74 per seat. Seats can be added or removed mid-cycle and we prorate the difference. Invoicing and purchase orders are supported on Agency annual plans.

The first kit is free. It always has been.

No card, no trial countdown, no forced upgrade path. Build the kit in under four minutes, send it to a sponsor this week, and decide on Pro when the replies tell you it is worth it.
